FlashCo® is introducing a new line of roof flashings and accessories for tile roofing systems. The base material being used is Polyisobutylene, commonly referred to as PIB. The most common trade name is Wakaflex and it is being touted as the next generation of lead free flexible flashing.

Wakaflex flashings and accessories are an excellent alternative to lead and installation time is just as quick. Wakaflex provides a nice clean finished look,there are no major environmental concerns, it is highly UV resistant,and is paint ready.
