FlashCo® Introduces A New Product and Method for Counter Flashing Plumbing Vents

FlashCo® Manufacturing, Inc. is excited to announce a new system for counter flashing plumbing vent pipe. Using the flashing and counter flashing (cap) together eliminates the need for hose clamps and sealant.The FlashCap™ system completely protects the penetration.

The cap creates a positive seal perfectly fitting down into the vent pipe and over the flashing making it completely waterproof.

Installation time is reduced significantly because a hose clamp and sealant do not need to be applied. Simply place the cap over the flashing and into the pipe.

With the flashing matching the contour of the pipe and the cap fitting as nicely as it does the penetration looks better.The FlashCap™ system has a finished look without the unsightly caulking.
