FlashCo® has engineered a product line of newly designed roof flashings, pipe jacks, or pipe boots that are waterproof and stronger than ever. We are so confident in our Lifetime Flashing™ that we back it with the only 50 year warranty available for a roof flashing. FlashCo® Lifetime Flashing™ material is specified to ASTM B749-85 and alloyed for roofing applications. Our newly designed joint is waterproof. We have wrapped the base up into the riser increasing the joint contact by 800%. Our positive overlapping seal provides the most reliable protection available with a joint that will not be compromised, and we guarantee it.

      Commercial: Built Up Roofing, SBS and APP
